The Friends of Maryland's Olmsted Parks & Landscapes, Inc. (FMOPL) is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit membership organization established in 1986 and affiliated with the National Association for Olmsted Parks.
We are dedicated to the protection, enhancement, and appreciation of historic landscapes and greenspaces nationwide, and in particular, to protecting and preserving Maryland's Olmsted parks and landscapes.
Friends of Maryland's Olmsted Parks & Landscapes actively encourages the revival of Olmsted's comprehensive approach to parks and other landscapes as essential to the quality of life in our communities.
